Dave had worked in real estate, for many years, and was reaching the point of retirement. His boss, Mike, approached him with a proposition. Mike began to explain that a position had opened at the Sonoma County Real Estate and it would be perfect for him. It had many benefits to offer. Dave would get a substantial raise; a vehicle, and they would let him pick the home of his dreams. Mike also began to tell him about the beautiful countryside. After careful consideration and a lengthy discussion with his wife, Dave decided that this would be the opportunity of a lifetime for the both of them.
