My husband and I had booked ourselves on the Otter trail. We had booked 2 years in advance due to it being so popular. We live in Johannesburg, so we had to catch a flight to Namibia and then rent a vehicle. We used Avis, due to their competitive prices. This trail is truly amazing! You are amazed at its remoteness. Over five days, you will not see a car or even a road, nor a house or a non-indigenous tree! This isn’t and easy trail.
