E-mail support
I have a fair amount of technical know how but am still leary of software that promises to do everything with one application. I do want to unlock iphone capabilities but do not want to end up with more frustration while I attempt it. When I heard that The iPhone Unlocking software had an email support program I was ready to give it a try. If you own the program and have any difficulty what-so-ever you can send them an e-mail to support@theiphoneunlocking.com and they will get back to you with the relevant instructions. Do remember time zone differences when sending questions late in the day.
