BE Launches “Broadband Heaven” Campaign
BE ISP broadband which is owned by O2, is currently featured as the fastest UK broadband by many independent sources. It is now launching a brand new campaign called “Broadband Heaven” to promote its 24Mbps broadband. Its motto for this campaign is “don’t get up to 8mb, but get more than 8mb”.
The managing Director of BE, Feliz Geyr, stated that BE has always maintained an honesty and transparency policy with its customers. It recently launched a speed estimation tool, for the benefit of new customers. With this tool, customers an see the actual speed they will receive and do not have to depend on the “up to” terminology used by most broadband providers. BE looks forward to providing continuing excellent service to its customers, and can assure them that they will receive more than 8Mbsp. They will aspire to provide a ‘broadband heaven’ for their customers.
In addition to their announcement, BE has also designed and launched a mini website MoreThan8Meg.com to make the consumers aware of the problems and inconveniences you’ll face in ‘broadband hell’. Broadband hell is the term BE uses for customers using an ISP with a connection that keeps buffering when you want to enjoy YouTube or BBC iPlayer. It is ‘hell’, when it takes ages to download your music, movies or TV shows. Other features of ‘broadband hell’ are losing your internet connection too often or your network speed being slowed down by your ISP.
