Increase Vertical for Volleyball
I love to play volleyball, and I used to play in a recreational league once each week. My favorite position has always been setter. I am really good at getting the ball in just the right position so that a teammate can easily spike it. What I am not so good at is spiking. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. I should be able to spike as well as I set. Unfortunately, I have to find some way to increase vertical jumps before I will be able to get any better at this skill. For some reason, I have no springiness in my legs and barely make it off the ground no matter how much effort I put in.
