Using absolute pitch software to improve my note recognition
I want to be able to recognize notes by achieving perfect pitch as opposed to relative pitch. Absolute pitch software is a product that is meant to serve that very purpose. I am a singer and a musician and sometimes it is hard for me when I play with my band. Being able to do ear training with this software will enable me to not only distinguish notes but to also focus on improving my singing and playing abilities. As a self taught guitar player I have always felt at a disadvantage when it comes to note recognition and perfect pitch.
