Graduating from Physician Assistant University Leads to Great Responsibility
Physician assistants are highly educated and specialized individuals who have completed a two-year degree program at a physician assistant university. Unlike a registered nurse, they complete the physician’s physical history, order exams and labs and can prescribe medications for their patients. Some people prefer to see the physician assistant rather than the physician simply because most of the time, physician assistants have better bed side manner. The physician assistant helps those in need in urban and rural areas be able to obtain affordable health care without having to pay the full price to go directly to a physician or emergency room. Physician asssitants are given a lot of responsibility.
