Heart of the Home Dining

I have a small rental property which I purchased as part of my superannuation fund. I use a real estate agent to do the rental organization but have recently been commissioned to consider a new paint job. The home is a little run down. It was purchased in this state and I never really considered doing any painting because it is a rental property. After looking through the property I agree that it does need an upgrade. I have submitted a request for a paint job estimate so that it can be completed as quickly as possible. This will ultimately improve the cosmetic appeal of the property and raise the value of the property.
