Real Estate
In this market for real estate it seems like homes stay up for sale for such a long time. I do not know what real estate agents can do to make the market turn faster besides almost giving away properties. Long gone are the days when you could walk by brochure stands and meander through the lot. Now, a real estate agent will hound your every move if you are anywhere close to his properties. The stands use to be enough to entice people and I have even seen local businesses get real creative with the beautiful stands, but it is going to take a lot more.
