Wasting Time at the Boss’s Request
Construction Insurance is one thing that I don’t understand. There are so many different types to choose from and, when I call to request information, I often get passed from department to department before I get the one I need. I can understand why we need to have many different types of coverage, but it still confuses me. In fact, I wish my boss would handle these phone calls because he understands it much better than I do. He won’t do this though as he claims he does not have the time. If he had any clue how much time is wasted as I get transferred around, he might change his mind. Until then it all falls on me.
