We Have Had Trouble Finding Renters
My husband has invested in a lot of houses over the past several years. He buys old ones, fixes them up, and then rents them for a profit. For a while, it worked out really good. We were able to make enough money off of our rentals to pay all our other bills. But lately, he has been having trouble finding renters. Right now we are paying three house payments every month. Up until now, he has done all the work of getting people in there. But I think it’s time to find estate agents. They should be able to help us find someone who wants to rent our house.
