Texas Real Estate Training Needs To Please Licensing Board
A Texas real estate license can be your ticket to part-time work when the economy is in a slump. Real estate offices normally only hire people with a real estate license for small chores like typing because there are clauses in the rules that do not let some real estate chores to be done by unlicensed people.
What this means is that there are often paying small jobs within a real estate office that can not be advertised to those who do not have their license. At times, this creates problems for brokers who need help on little things quickly, but can not find the licensed help that they need.
Having a Texas real estate license, even if you only use it occasionally, is well worth the investment of time to go get. The Texas Real Estate Commission keeps a list of approved training sources on hand for those interested in getting their salesman license for office work. It is wise to use a training source off of this list so that you get the specific training needed to please the licensing board.
