Environmental Gifts
My mom is very involved in the environmental movement. She heats her home using wood as it is a renewable source and tries to complete all of her work during the day so she can keep lights off at night. Not only that, she was one of the first to buy an electric car when they came out years ago. Ed Begley Jr. has nothing on her. My biggest problem every year at Christmastime is finding a gift that she won’t hate. She is very particular as to how things are made. This year I got her rainwater tanks as I didn’t think she could find fault with a gift like that. Thankfully she wasn’t able to.
