Vitamins

Vitamins are essential parts of our diets that regulates and ensure the proper functioning of body organs. Vitamin A for instance is good for improving eye sights and appetites and they are naturally found in foods such as milk products, fresh liver oil, egg yolks, carrots, and fruits. Vitamin  C is very efficient in boosting the immune system thereby keeping away diseases and viruses from the system, they are the vitamins that prevent Scurvy disease and  healing of wounds. They are naturally found in foods such as leafy vegetables, tomatoes, citrus fruits, peppers and many more. Other essential Vitamins  helpful in the body includes B1, which is good for  boosting the nervous system and can be found in rice, milk, pork and many more. B2  {Riboflavin}, which is good for the breakdown of food components such as fats and carbohydrates, and good skin structure.
