Summer Weight Loss Diet Woes
Summer is nearly here and that would mean trips to the beaches and showing off well-toned bodies. Unfortunately, that would not be in my case for I would never ever dare don a bikini for fear that all the bulges will appear. I have a lot of weight loss diet woes but these becomes even more pronounced when summer comes because that would be the time when the effects of my indulgence in sweet treats will be more obvious. I would make a promise to lose weight every year but I fail each time.
