Heart of the Home Dining

I am not a doctor but it would seem to me that lower back pain is more prevalent in our country than any other type of back pain. Look at any commercial for back pain relief and you instantly see a character grab for their lower back. I know that when I first started having back pains it all started in the lower region. I have since been diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis which affects the lower 5 vertebrae in the spine. Sometimes the pain is excruciating and they are recommending that I go in for surgery soon because physical therapy will not help my situation.
