Menopause usually occurs in women, especially when aging above thirty five. At an early age, it would be best to find means in getting your self ready for menopause. You can try eating healthy. Avoiding alcoholic beverages, caffeine, and other fat rich foods, is essential in wanting to gain well being when aging above fifty. Menopause is due to the decreased production of estrogen in your body. This hormonal imbalance may also occur in pregnant women. Estrogen is vital in releasing of eggs every month. In women they would call it menstrual period. When unable to release them, you would have a lower chance in getting pregnant.
