How to Lose The Weight – 5 Rules

1. Fat Loss can be fun – so keep it simple, and enjoy the occasional treat.  And when you do have that treat, eat in moderation. 

2. Play a sport that you will enjoy, like a game of soccer or tennis.  If you do find an activity that you wil enjoy, you will more likely stick to it.

3. Stick to a healthy but deilcious diet program – like Strip That Fat.  This will plan the meals for you, and will include your favorite foods.

4. Drink water over carbonated drinks like Coca Cola.  Water is healthier and it is calorie free!

5. Find every excuse to move more!
