Honest Fat Burn
I kept telling my husband that I would never work with weights because I thought that was the manly thing to do and that women only did cardio workouts to burn fat. This was until I read something about a Quick Fat Burn and the honest way to really lose fat is to incorporate your muscle building techniques. I thought that I would get really muscular and I did not want that look for my body. I understand now that it takes more energy to work with the weights and the muscle will burn the extra fat in no time if I keep with it.
