Diet and Exercise: Don’t Worry Get Healthy
There is much confusion today about what is the best program, diet, supplements, or other product for weight loss. The only proven method I can think of is proper diet and exercise. Eating fruits and vegetables, getting your protein, and an exercise plan you can stick with is the only way to Burn Fat. You need to learn more about good carbs and bad carbs as well as what exercise will allow you to burn the most calories. Running has always been on the top of the list for burning the most calories, but you have to find the exercise that you know you can stick to in order to get the results you want.
