A few years ago I moved to Paris, France, as part of a work assignment. I couldn’t help but notice that virtually everyone was walking around with a bottle of water. It was pretty much standard issue for Parisians at that time. Of course, the French are always ahead of the game when it comes to fashion and trends – today the habit of carrying a bottle of water around seems to be universal. However, bottled water is expensive and, considering the carbon footprint associated with transporting all those bottles of water around, it’s not very environmentally friendly either. Try a Brita filter jug if you want clean, healthy and tasty water. It’s good for you and the environment.
