Best Calorie Counter

Throughout the years, I have been frustrated on many different diets. It seems that reducing carbs or reducing fats doesn’t do much good if you don’t reduce your overall calorie intake. So now that I am dedicated to losing fifteen pounds in the next month, I think it is time that I learn how to count calories. Does anybody know of a good calorie tracking system that I could use? I could probably just write down the calories in a noebook each day, but I was hoping to find a software program that would figure out the calorie count of my food so I don’t have to keep looking up everything I eat. That takes a lot of time and I am sure there has to be a better way.
