Are You Ready ? Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
How does one maintain hope when it comes to attempts at losing weight ? I don’t have a really good answer to this. Each person is an individual and as such must use this information about themselves to achieve effective and sustained weight loss. So…maybe the better question is: Which Weight Management Plan would be the best fit for your lifestyle ?
The weight loss industry is a 40 billion dollar machine. It represents a spectrum of providers, each with a different slant on the science of losing weight. Hence, there are many plans to choose from such as Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle . The first thing I would recommend is an honest self-evaluation.
This would include such things as deciding why it is you want to lose weight. This sounds ridiculous at first, but if you can be truthful with yourself and write all of the reasons down as to why you want to lose weight, it may be an eye opener for you. If you are wanting to lose weight for someone else, it just won’t work for the long haul. You need to get to the place where you want to lose weight for YOU!
