Are you into Pilates yet?
One of my New Year’s Resolutions this year is to get more exercise. I’ve been looking around for something that will get me moving and give me back the flexiblity I used to have, and of course it should also be fun. Since I sit at a desk most of the day, stretching my muscles is another must combined with some strenght training to keep my body strong and hopefully tone it a little better.
After looking at quite a few options I decided on a pilates workout. I love the lean toned look it gives you and the basic movements seem pretty easy to fiugre out. It also seems to work my muscles well without leaving me completely beat and out of breath (the way a spinning class I tried did). I also love the fact that I can do the basic exercises that I am learning in pilates class at home.
