old school
i am keeping it really simple and really basic these days in t he gym because that is what has always worked for me in the past and i do not see any reason to change it now. i need to get back to what is working for me and the is it. good old school training with heavy weights and big movements. i love the wzy that these workouts make me feel and the effect that they have on my body as well. it is awesome when i am done and still feel the pump. i want to generate dense muscle fibers.
