There are simple cures for unable to sleep at night. It lies on diet modifications. There are certain foods that help you to fall asleep naturally. Ideally, you do fall asleep on your own because of the substance tryptophan in your body but sometimes it is not enough to let you fall asleep so you need to boost it.

It does not take much to boost the power of tryptophan in your body. You do not have to take sleeping pills on the time. All it takes is a warm glass of milk, or maybe leafy green and almonds and you are good to go!
