Right now I am toying the idea of doing some remodeling in the bathroom. I also plan on selling my place in the next couple of years though so I want to make sure that the changes I make will be appealing to a prospective buyer. Currently I am thinking about getting rid of the shower curtains in the bathrooms and replacing them with glass shower doors. Is this an upgrade to a bathroom area or should I just keep with the curtains? I like the shower doors myself but if it is an expense that I will have to take out later then I may not bother.

I was so excited about getting our first place. Granted we need to rent before we will have enough down payment to buy, but I was thrilled anyway. I was embarrassed to have to ask what is renter’s insurance, but she didn’t seem to mind. This afternoon, I went to my friend’s art gallery beside the hospital. I brought some of my artworks. He will be choosing one for the group exhibit tomorrow. I was a bit hesitant to show him my work. I am kind of intimidated because he is a national artist. But he was persuasive and encouraging at the same time so I agreed. He chose my first original artwork. He talked to me and gave me tips and offered me coffee. He has a new coffee MACHINE. He said after his successful one-man show, he bought  several appliances and a digital camera.

I have to admit that the first thing that drew me to my boyfriend Lawford was his sense of style. The first time I met him, he was like a fish out of water in his scottish country clothing. But he had a self confidence that exuded from him and drew me to him. I was wearing something casual and probably grunge. But luckily he and I both have the ability to look past the clothes and other superficial elements to the true person inside. We’ve now been dating a few months and things are going very well. I sometimes even dress like him to make him feel good.
