Where can I find tips to help me with this?
I am trying to get better at my new job, and I could really use some tips from someone more experienced. I need to get better telephone sales skills since a big part of my new job is selling things, both over the phone and in person. Sometimes I can’t get someone to agree to buy something over the phone, but I can get them to let me come and show them the products, and this sometimes leads to more sales. But the best thing is when people buy over the phone. I need to get better at selling over the phone though.
