Proactive
In my business I have to try to stay one step ahead of my client’s needs at all times. If I do not know what is currently going on in the market or what is about to hit the market, I could jeopardize my business. It is important to me then that the people I hire are being proactive as well. I recently heard about a tax accountant through a colleague of mine that is incredibly proactive. The firm takes the time to figure out your needs and tries to stay one step ahead and sends out newsletters to keep you aware.
