Heart of the Home Dining

I didn’t think anybody would object to a laundromat in the neighborhood strip mall. It’s a service that is needed in this area, and I had a finance agreement set up with my equipment vendor. But the town council said that I would need at least 15 parking spaces for my business, but there were only 8 alloted strictly to my space in my lease, even though there are dozens of “non-alloted” spaces and the parking lot is never full. Opening a laundromat began to be not so easy. I had to have my lease ammended, go to city counil several times, and bribe the water board. Running it now is easy. Opening…not so much.
