Heart of the Home Dining

Another area of my business I have been able to develop and expand in the last 10 years is project management. It is often a misunderstood area where business managers just want things to happen, often with very unreasonable expectations of the outcome, time frames and of course cost. Fortunately I have developed a number of good business contacts for Sterling Consulting over the years and this has led to a number of engagements for both short term and long-term work. It is a challenging and exciting area to be involved in and I have been able to resolve many difficult projects and delivery on time and within budget on most occasions.
