Keep the lines of communication open
So, you suspect that your employer may soon be implementing a redeployment program for you and your fellow employees. That means that big changes are ahead for all of you. Your most important and valuable commodity in this time of life is information. You need to do whatever it takes to stay “in the loop” — even the company grapevine can become a useful source of information that will help prepare you for what lies ahead.
