For college students to apply for government funded financial aid there are forms to complete. They will need only to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Unlike bank loans, that considers a number of factors to determine loan eligibility, federal student loans can be obtained by every student that apply. College students can receive certain loans and grants that are set aside specifically for the financially needy applicants. The Pell Grant, Federal Stafford Subsidized Loan and the Federal Perkins Loan are examples of such financial aid. Unlike bank loans, student loans with no cosigner are available to all.
