My sister is one of the most talented cake decorators in town but she makes a tough business partner.  When we first began it was like pulling teeth to get her to agree that we needed things like letterhead and business cards.  We were open for six months and, despite excellent products, business was slow.  She finally agreed to let me contact a business card printing company and order what I wanted.  Within a month our beautifully designed calling cards were appearing all over the city.  Soon business picked up and even my stubborn sister became proud to hand out cards with her name and business information.
