Recently my husband and I relocated to the west coast. On the first trip, I had driven one car alongside my husband who was driving a moving truck. It was a horrific 3,000 miles. On top of that, I still had our second car back on the east coast. A friend of mine suggested "car shipping." I had never even considered it because I thought it would be very expensive. However, I researched it a bit, and was amazed to find that it was only a little more expensive than driving across country myself for four days. With astronomical gas prices, and hotel stays over $100.00 a night in most cities, it was an easy decision to make. We would definitely ship the car. The process was as easy as could be. They came to my house to pick up the car, and had me fill out paperwork. They inspected my car for any damage and had me sign the paperwork. It was really that easy! Two weeks later, my car arrived in CA. Again, when the car arrived, they had me inspect the car and it was in perfect condition. I have recommended Car Shipping to two of my friends. With the crazy gas prices, I would never consider driving across country again. Too much work!
